1. Acceptance
By visiting ledgerrail.com or using the LedgerRail open-source governance SDK (“SDK”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, stop using the site and SDK immediately.
2. Open-Source SDK
The LedgerRail governance SDK is released under the Apache License 2.0. Your use of the SDK is governed by that license. Key points:
- You may use, copy, modify, and distribute the SDK, including for commercial purposes, subject to the Apache 2.0 conditions.
- You must retain copyright notices and include the license text in any distribution.
- The SDK is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, as stated in the Apache 2.0 license. ZP Consultants LLC expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
- ZP Consultants LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the SDK.
3. Website Use
This website is for informational purposes. You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content for commercial purposes without written permission
- Use the site in a way that disrupts its operation or the experience of other users
- Misrepresent your affiliation with ZP Consultants LLC or the LedgerRail project
4. Commercial Inquiries
The LedgerRail SDK is open source. For questions about commercial support, managed hosting, or enterprise integration, contact contact@zpinson.com.
5. Intellectual Property
The LedgerRail name, logo, and website content are trademarks and property of ZP Consultants LLC. The open-source SDK code is available under Apache 2.0 as noted above. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use ZP Consultants LLC trademarks.
6. No Warranty
This website and the SDK are provided without warranty. ZP Consultants LLC makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the content or code.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZP Consultants LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or the SDK.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, NY.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last Updated” date above.
